We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions

In the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at sewnsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work to resolve the issue.

European Union

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the EU cooling-off period. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
